Lawrence previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in audit and assurance, serving clients across industries with financial reporting, compliance, and internal control analysis. His Big Four background gave him a strong foundation in complex financial structures and corporate tax strategy.

As a former IRS agent, Lawrence has firsthand experience in federal tax law, regulations, and audit procedures. This blend of Big Four and IRS experience allows him to deliver strategies that are both innovative and fully aligned with tax law.
