Lawrence previously worked in Big 4 public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in audit and assurance, serving clients across industries with financial reporting, compliance, and internal control analysis. Also as a former IRS agent, Lawrence has firsthand experience in federal tax law, regulations, and audit procedures. This blend of Big 4 and IRS experience allows him to deliver strategies that are both innovative and fully aligned with tax law and gives him strong expertise in complex financial structures and corporate tax strategy.
