How does Vestora work?
We start with a brief strategy call to help us understand your goals and current impediments, then we get you on-boarded to provide bookkeeping, tax, or advisory services leveraging platforms like Baselane. You’ll get ongoing support through email and video calls with regular check-ins.

Do I need to use Baselane?
No, but we highly recommend it. Baselane integrates seamlessly with our systems, making your bookkeeping more accurate and efficient. If you prefer another system, we can still have a chat to see if we’re a good fit.

What's included in monthly bookkeeping?
Our bookkeeping includes income and expense categorization, bank and mortgage reconciliations, monthly financial reports, and actionable insights. Higher-tier plans include advisory calls and support for multiple entities or units. Full details of our service offerings are available here.

Can you help with taxes too?

What if I'm behind on my books?
No problem. We offer clean-up services via our LaunchPad service as well with Ledger Essentials, Business Bookkeeping, and Ledger Pro plans to help you catch up on prior months or years of missed bookkeeping. Once you’re up to date, we keep you up to date.

How much does it cost?
